When this policy mentions “Revioly,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the Revioly company that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information, including Personal Data, that we gather from you when you use our website (including https://revioly.com), apps, services (“Service”), as well as any other websites of your choices in conjunction with our Service regarding use and disclosure of your Personal Data. As used in this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Data” (“Personal Data”) means information that identifies you directly or indirectly, by reference to identifier(s) such as your name, identification number, location data, online identifier, online purchases, shopping habits or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Our Services are designed to help Users (e.g., Online Shoppers) and Online businesses (e.g. Online sellers) validate and verify purchases and products’ review information, through access to certain shopping information including products’price, reviews, and their names in Revioly’s database (“Revioly Database”).The information collected by Revioly is not directly created by Revioly but rather is retrieved from the web and/or relevant online platforms.
By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you cannot use our Service. Each time you use our Service, the current version of the Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, whenever you use our Service, it is your responsibility tocheck the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the top) and review any changes since the last version. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all Service visitors, registered users, and all other users who use our Service.

Personal Data Collected by ReviolyWhen you use our Service, Revioly collects information (i) that you knowingly and voluntarily Service (such as through forms, profile screens) including registration/account setup information, and (ii) that we are able to collect from your web browser, extension, cookies and other similar technologies.
1. Personal Data that you Knowingly or Willingly Provide
Revioly collects the information that you knowingly or voluntarily provide when you use our Service (such as through web forms, profile screens, Chrome extension, mobile applications), including registration/account setup information, profile details, shopping information, payment information, review/ratings information, and any other information that we primarily need to provide you with our Service. You can choose not to provide us with certain Personal Data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of all or part of our Service or other available features we offer. Aggregate InformationWe may also share aggregated information (information about our users that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual user) and other anonymized information for regulatory compliance, industry and market analysis, research, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising,market research on brands and products and other business purposes.
4. Cookies and Similar TechnologiesWe use cookies and other similar technologies when you use our platform, use our mobile app, or engage with our online ads or email communications. C. Revioly’s Do Not Track Policy
Revioly does not respond to web browser “do not track” signals. As such, your navigation of our Service may be tracked as part of the gathering of quantitative user information described above. If you arrive at our Service by way of a link from a third party site that does respond to “do not track” requests, the recognition of any “do not track” request you have initiated will end as soon as you reach our Service.

F. Who Can Access the Information We Collect?

Revioly may disclose your Personal Data in the following instances:

Examples of such functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data,providing technical support, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. We share our users’ Personal Data with these agents as we deem necessary for such third parties to perform their functions.
Employees. Only authorized employees have access to your Personal Data which will be in accordance to their access level depending on their positions and/or needs.

Affiliated Businesses We Control. We may share your Personal Data with the affiliated businesses we control to make sure that your experience with us is as seamless as possible and that you have the full benefit of our offerings. “ASP”) is an individual or entity that is permitted to service products that are still covered by warranties held by another entity. Service provided by anyone other than an authorized service provider will generally render a warranty void. We may share information with such ASPs to perform services on our behalf. When we disclose your Personal Data to these persons, it is subject to agreements that require these individuals and entities to process your Personal Data only on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protection of our Rights. Revioly may disclose your information, including personal information, to courts, law enforcement, governmental authorities, tax authorities, or authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required or permitted to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with our legal obligations, (ii) to comply with a valid legal request or to respond to claims asserted against Revioly, (iii) to respond to a valid legal request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal liability, (iv) to enforce and administer our Terms of Service, the Payment Terms or other agreements with Members/Clients, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Revioly, its employees, its Members, or members of the public.
These disclosures may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations, for the protection of your or another person's vital interests or for the purposes of our or a third party’s legitimate interest in keeping the Revioly Platform secure, preventing harm or crime, enforcing or defending legal rights, facilitating the collection of taxes and prevention of tax fraud or preventing damage.
Where appropriate, we may notify Members/Clients about legal requests unless: (i) providing notice is prohibited by the legal process itself, by court order we receive, or by applicable law, or (ii) we believe that providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of fraud upon Revioly’s property, its Members/Clients and the Revioly Platform. In instances where we comply with legal requests without notice for these reasons, we may attempt to notify that Member about the request after the fact where appropriate and where we determine in good faith that we are no longer prevented from doing so.
H. Minors and Children Privacy
1. Children Online Protection
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, if you are not 16 years or older, do not use our Service. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If we learn that Personal Data of persons less than 16 years-of-age has been collected through our Service, we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. I. Third Party Partners & Integration Our Service may contain links to third party websites or services, such as third-party integrations, co-branded services, or third party-branded services (“Third Party Partners”). Revioly doesn’t own or control these Third Party Partners and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to the Third Party Partner, Revioly, or both. These Third Party Partners will have their own rules about the collection, use, and disclosure of information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the other websites you visit.
Parts of the Revioly’s Platform may use third party services such as Google API(s), and Stripe for Revioly Payments. Use of these respective services is subject to their privacy policies such as Google Privacy Policy and Stripe Privacy Policy.
J. Social Media Features & Widgets Our Service includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, such as the “Share This” button or authenticating your identity by logging into our Service via a social media account. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Service, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Service. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
K. Security, Storage, & Retention

M. Revioly Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy or the way we use, share or collect Personal Data, we will notify you by revising the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. The announcement on changing our Privacy Policy might or might not be sent to the email address you provided for us. It is your responsibly to check the last update of our Privacy Policy and users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses our Service after notice of such changes has been communicated. N. Your Rights
1. Correction & Removal
Consistent with applicable law, you may exercise any of the rights described in this section before your applicable Revioly Data Controller and Payments Data Controller.If you have chosen to connect your Revioly Account to a third-party application(e.g., Facebook, Google,etc.),you can change your settings and remove permission for the app by changing your Account settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date.If any of the information that we have about you is incorrect, or you wish to have information (including Personal Data) removed from our records, please contact us at

2. Data Retention and Erasure.
We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. In certain jurisdictions, you can request to have all your personal information deleted entirely." Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:
- We may retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend a Revioly Account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain information from that Revioly Account to prevent that Member from opening a new Revioly Account in the future.
- We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations.For example, Revioly may keep some of your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations.
- Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) may continue to be publicly visible on the Revioly Platform, even after your Revioly Account is canceled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Additionally, some copies of your information (e.g., log records) may remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
- Because we maintain the Revioly Platform to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period.
3. Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Processing.
If we are processing your personal information based on your consent you may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your Account settings or by sending a communication to Revioly specifying which consent you are withdrawing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, in some jurisdictions, applicable law may give you the right to limit the ways in which we use your personal information, in particular where (i) you contest the accuracy of your personal information; (ii) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal information; (iii) we no longer need your personal information for the purposes of the processing, but you require the information for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to the processing pursuant to Section 3 and pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of Revioly override your own.
4. Objection to Processing
In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to require Revioly not to process your personal information for certain specific purposes (including profiling) where such processing is based on legitimate interest. If you object to such processing Revioly will no longer process your personal information for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for such processing,or such processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

5.Your California Rights
FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA ONLY.
